Only ever dealt with one lovely person there by the name of Emma. Apart from that, they can never get their act together, cross communication, doubling up on paperwork, having to re explain things constantly.

Bad experience, no help in finding work, but they were quick to try push me to their own volunteer business. Got a job now, no thanks to them.
