Unemployment office

The staff there are awesome. Everytime I meet them for an interview, I feel supported and encouraged. I also did a course on ready to work with Nick Tonkin and we enjoyed ourselves very much. Learnt a lot of stuff in this very relaxing classes. Nick is a wonderful trainer. Recommend him to anyone who is going to do the course.

I have had the absolute pleasure of having Lynn Cannon, as my ‘AtWork Person’, at Armadale. Lynn is very professional, understanding and pleasant young lady, who is always willing to go above and beyond to help. Her help and advice has been invaluable. Thank you Lynn!

An absolutely lovely lady, she is always down-to-earth and understanding, as she is familiar with the common issues of her clients, I never feel judged by her and that makes it easy chat with her about myself and family

Made finding and keeping a job extremely difficult, when I had finally found a job they did everything in the power to cut off my payments 4 times and a week and jot put them back on making it even more difficult to go to work and get there. I thought they were supposed to help us get a job but I havent seen then get anyone a job

This workskil Geraldton staff are rude and appalling, they changed my appointment 3 times, then they withdrew my online course I was doing without any discussions with them saying I hadn't completed my obligations correctly and I was never told wat I was doing was wrong even though it was electronically noted and said I had, I've been to all my required appointments, we are just a number, they don't care they just press a button to say naughty boy when there's people who do nothing at all but get away with it.lift your game treat people with respect, listen to your clients and explain things correctly.

EDIT: Did Joanne go to her appointment on Friday morning? Seems like she met her targets. Well done Joanne.I have never dealt with this company before, yet I receive calls or messages daily regarding a Joanne.I have said every single time you have the wrong number and am always told it will be deleted so I am not bothered again.. yet I am still receiving messages and calls.Please check your clients details are correct!!!

Horrible experience here. I advise you to choose another JobActive service provider. These people are authoritarian and stern. They do not care about your personal circumstances. They do not care about your mental health or general wellbeing. They want you to get a job, any job, doesn’t matter to them if you’re unhappy. And they don’t care what you think so don’t even try.

Incredibly rude manager kept talking over top of me and berating me with information that had absolutely nothing to do with why I had called. She then slammed the phone down and picked it up a few moments later and said “oh you’re still talking”. Luckily I was calling using the Bluetooth in my car and caught all of this on dashcam so I will be reporting this. Disgusting behaviour.

Nearly 1.5 years of my superannuation not paid to me but collected from my employer. Extremely disappointing. No response to email or phones.

The friendly and accommodating staff are the most important factor. The way I was treated more than compensates the underwhelming, underfunded office(furniture and equipment)Warning! Most maps will lie to you. The entrance is around the side/back of the building. There is little in the way of signage so keep an eye out.
