Honestly much better then other jobskill centres it feels like they care more about trying to actually help you find work instead of hey how are you doing okay good see you same time in few weeks

Went in yesterday for initial appt. Saw Anton ..very pleasant gentleman.. seemed like he will do the right thing...however I did explain I have little to no coverage of phone service to him that I Wil need his mobile a.d or email to contact him . He gave me a card with the national General by on it ,which is useless to me. Very frustrating...also there's no email listed to contact morley office..only a General one which h I emailed this. Morning still no response.just tried ringing.but it dropped out S usual. I wish they would listen !!

I have been with Workskil for a little over two months, and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with; the team is professional, proactive and and incredibly accommodating. They have helped me attain my forklift licence, provided fuel vouchers and work clothing, and have consistently offered support and encouragement while ensuring My jobplan is up to date, relevant and in line with my work. While the whole team here is amazing, both Kerry and Tivyan deserve special mention, they are both amazingly helpful and friendly.

The only thing these people are prompt at is cutting off your payments.They even claimed I failed to attend a meeting that I was physically present at. Worse than useless, malevolent even. A government watchdog needs to look into these people.(The 2.9 star rating is certainly puffed up by bots. Useless. The people who work here seem to think I want to be talked at like I'm 5 years old. Nobody will help me and frankly I do not WANT help from these people because all they want is a fat bonus check for shifting you into a job.

Signed up and 2 days later received a message my payments had been suspended. Turns out to be an error on their part but I get made to feel like I'm in the wrong. Bad customer service IMO, must be better providers out there. How would they like to get a text stating they've been fired and no pay next week for them?

I attended Workskil Australia Morley with a positive attitude about finally returning to work. I had great enthusiasm. From day one I have been let down by Workskil Australia Morley and now left on the back foot. I have endeavoured to work with this office to fulfill their requirements of me as a job seeker. Each time I have engaged with them however I have walked out of their office feeling like their time and my time has been wasted. I have attended their office only to sit down for 5 minutes with a staff member and then be dismissed. I have been told due to my serious health condition that I can look for less than 20 jobs and to just apply for as many as are absolutely relevant to my skills, only to then to be given demerit points by another staff member because I didn't apply for 20 jobs. No one told me I received these demerit points however. My first Centrelink medical certificate was accepted but my second one, although identicle in wording, was rejected, my full payment cut off and no explanation was given. I was instead referred to Centrelink by two separate staff members to find out why my payment had been cut off. Centrelink clarified that it was the decision of the Workskil Australia Morley office that made the decision to cut off my payment and not Centrelink. Because I hadn't attended an appointment at Workskil and because they had rejected my medical certificate, my payment was fully cut off. I provided them with a valid certificate, with very good reason for not being able to attend that appointment. Centrelink said Workskil was obliged to tell me why they had rejected my certificate. Workskil also did not subsequently arrange for a job capacity assessment for me. I strongly feel that the staff make no effort whatsoever to help me in my desire to re-engage the workforce, rather they are more focused on compliance matters. It is apparent their office is simply collecting money from the government and providing no service in return. I'm very disappointed.

I am Robin Graham and I am a consumer of workskill since I've been involved with workskill Morley over 3 years they have not helped me find one job.... They treat me like I'm it's always my fault I think the leadership there is not leading.... They are very judgmental I was working 4 over a year a job that I found... I also was in a rehab for 8 months before getting a job I was in recovery bk out try to fit bk in to the community and they want me work full-time job.... I did not do that so they made me look for 15 jobs a fornight ...they called me on 4th of march on a old Mobile number which I didn't have connected so they breach me they could of tried the other number but they didn't because they don't really care.. I get 670 dollars in Centrelink ATM and my rent is 570 I have no food in my fridge and they make me call Centrelink for a reingagment which I believe was not my course I never got to spoke to Centrelink because I ran out off credit now I don't have any credit to call anyone I ask them if the could help my with phone credit just 10 dollars and they said they can't help me it's a Friday I was trying organise food now I can't even do that work skill Morley wat do they do nothing they are not even helping people get jobs I'm transferring to a new jobprovider until I get my job with Aston advantage after my second vaccination and thanks workskill for absolutely nothing
